How to Enable or Disable a Broker's Calendar (Aktivera/Avaktivera kalender)

Overview

Admins and brokers can completely enable or disable a broker's calendar notifications for EO Meet using the "Aktivera/Avaktivera kalender" feature. Disabling the calendar prevents the broker from receiving onboarding or reminder notifications.

Who can use this

• Admins (can enable/disable calendars for any broker)

• Brokers (can enable their own calendar from their profile)

Quick steps for admins

1. Open the broker's profile in the admin console.

2. Find the "Aktivera/Avaktivera kalender" option.

3. Toggle the setting to disable the calendar. The broker will stop receiving calendar notifications and onboarding reminders.

Quick steps for brokers

1. Go to your profile settings in EO Meet.

2. Locate "Aktivera/Avaktivera kalender".

3. Toggle it on to enable notifications or off to disable them.

Notes

• Disabled calendars can be re-enabled by the broker themselves or by an admin at any time.

• No data is deleted when disabling the calendar; only notifications are paused.
